Lindsay’s practice focuses on banking, commercial real estate, and general commercial legal representation, including business transactions and litigation. She provides real estate and loan documentation, represents clients in real estate closings, and provides loan work-out and general legal services for banks and other financial institutions. Lindsay was a law clerk with RWR during law school.
