Bill concentrates his practice in commercial real estate transactions; general business transactions; compliance and litigation work; estate planning; and estate and trust administration services. Bill’s clients include banks and other financial institutions for whom he provides real estate and asset-based loan documentation and closing, loan work-out and general banking law services. Bill also counsels small, closely held business organizations and RWR’s health care clients on their business needs.

Except for a brief stint at Chicago Title and Trust Company, Bill has practiced for his entire legal career with RWR. He began with the firm in 1965 and became the managing partner in 1974.

Bill was born on July 29, 1937, in Hammond, IN, and raised in the Chicago area. He and his wife live in the South Suburbs of Chicago. They have an adult son and two adult daughters. Bill and his wife have eight grandchildren.
